    Anyone seen a problem with trying to deregister an entity under V1.3
    that has been partially registered?  I encountered this when
    inadvertently using a DECNIS's hardware address while registering a
    bridge entity.
    
    The DECNIS had been previously registered.
    
    I had to get into DNS$CONTROL and delete the object manually.
