4906.0. "Can't start Iconic Map" by ABACUS::BUKOWSKI () Mon Apr 19 1993 09:57
	I have another Iconic Map stack dump problem. I was running the
    	map with one domain window and one toolbox. At the time, my
    	toolbox was a motif icon. I decided to exit out of the toolbox,
    	but instead of opening up the icon and exiting properly I opened
    	closed the window from the icon level. That is when I lost my
    	domain map. Now I am not able to restart the IConic Map. I
    	tried to run the mcc$startup again, but it didn't work. Does
    	anybody know what is wrong? BTW: MCC host = VMS 5.5-2 MCC v1.2
    	SSB. Display workstation = VAX3900 VMS 5.5-1 with Motif

| | Is the security for the display set up to allow access
from that node and account?

    Yes. The security is enabled for the node/user...
    PS: It worked in the past, but now it doesn't. See my previous note.

Can you start DECwindows Clock from the same environment?
I would expect you would get the same error and something
has gone wrong with your setup.

| 4906.4 | ah.. missing exec name | BRAT::BUKOWSKI |  | Thu Apr 22 1993 12:47 | 6 |
| | Ah. I found the problem. It was either that I didn't have my exec
    name define in my local NCP database on the displaying workstation,
    or that the sys$node logical was set to "::" (because of the lack
    of the ncp exec name).
