    Where is the domain Owner_id attribute used and with which purpose ?

	It does identify who created the domain. Which is useful in free wheeling organizations less useful in disciplined organizations. As far as I know Domain's owner id attribute is not used by other modules. With over twenty internal and maybe more third party projects, it could be used somewhere. It is there as a hook for possible future development of access control and/or disk use control features. Al Moore
