| Hi Randy,
I have the same problem from more than one month. I need such a list
for AMs and FMs for Telecom Industry. No answers in different conferen-
ces related to Netw.Mgmt. Only a pointer to "Claude Hary" at Valbonne.
Claude looks to be "missing in combat" due no answer from him after
several mails even asking help to Mktg Support in Valbonne. Allways I
get the answer "Claude Hary @vbo" is the contact to provide you this info.

Claude Hary is the Product Manager of TeMIP V1.0 and that job is
keeping him already quite busy. Although, Claude tries to answer to
all people sending requests to him, please bear with him if he cannot
provide you immediate response.
But I can assure that he is not "missing in combat" -).

As you can see reading this reply I am not missing in combat, at least
not yet, never know...
I like to approach several topics here:
. Answer to Randy Jung: Please let me know your request and customer
context by e-mail. I will try to help you eitehr directly or by
pointing you on the right support for your area. If in US you can
send the mail copied to Jay Borden @LKG. Jay is businessd development
manager for TeMIP in the US (DELNI::BORDEN).
. Answer to MAMMRENO: It seems you had the same request than Juan Miguel
POYATOS. Already answered by poeple from TeMIP team. As Marc Flauw
did say I am currently the only Product Manager taking care of TeMIP
and try to answer requests, sometimes with delays due to the number of
them (together with TeMIP Product Management activities). In order to
be able to handle the requests more properly, I also expect you not to
duplicate the request from different people working in the same office
without a note to the receiver of the request. I also believe that local
and area Marketing people should play their role in this process.
