MCC T1.2.7 simply trying to register a Phase IV node fails with
"Internal error in Decnet Phase IV AM" It tells me that the entry
is only partially registered. This is the first time since upgrading
from T1.2.4 that I tried to register a "new" Phase IV node. Domains
with Phase IV nodes in them already function fine.
Any suggestions on a fix?

Hi Bill -
Just a few questions:
( 1 ) was this on an ultrix or a vms system???
( 2 ) was the node you were attempting to register a phaseiv node???
( 3 ) was the node you were attempting to register known by the local
node (i.e. the node doing the registering )
-- example --
MCC> show node4 0 r n node_to_be_registered
If the node to be registered is not in your local decnet database
you will get a partial registration.
The internal error I can not reproduce.
Please call and/or send mail if this is not the case and if
you need further assistance...
