Could somebody give me a complete explaination of all the different
variables in the mcc_resource.dat file.

we are working on that one right now with the writers. Some of it
has made it into the update copies of the manuals but the rest is just
not there yet. If there is a specific field in question that would be
easier than attempting to document the entire thing.
