Running Ultrix T1.2.4
When configuring alarms using the iconic map, the 'Add Entity' window displays
the VMS defaults for the alarm fired + exception procedures, instead of the
Ultrix shell scripts.
ie. mcc_common:mcc_alarms_log_alarm.com
when it should be
/usr/mcc/mcc_system/mcc_alarms_log_alarm.csh
