Chris is correct. The firmware version that supports snmp sets (3.1) entered
field test on 4-Sep. I should ship in 6-8 weeks.

V3.1 firmware allows the concentrator to be reset by:
	- setting object esysInitSwitch (1.3.6.1.4.1.36.2.18.1.2.1.2.0)
to 'reset(2)' or 'resetWithDefaults(3)'. (This object is in the
          DEC-Vendor subtree.
	- setting ifOperStatus to 'down(2)' or 'testing(3)'.
