    We recently installed TS AM on top of BMS V1.1.  The installation
    appears to have been successful.  When I initiate the Iconic Map PM
    I get the following message:
    
        No input bitmaps found for Terminal Server
    
    I can verify that the TS AM is present via SHOW MCC 0 TERMSERVER_AM.  
    When I go into the toolbox the Terminal Server Icon is just a square
    with a "?" in it.  How do I correct?
