URGENT need for help !
We have just installed BMSX011 and have a problem with the command
REGISTER node4 tlse01_ns:.DNA_NODE.tlse01 synoni = tlse01
that returns us the following error :
%DNS-E-NOCOMMUNICATION , unable to communicate with DNS server
No previous version of DECMCC was installed , and server DNS is
available on the same node ( commands like "show namespace " ,
" show clear tlse01_ch attr DNS$chdirectories " are working well)
But , with command "show dir tlse01_ns:.MCC , we get the same error
message .
can you help us . It's 22h10 ...; and we have a demo tomorrow ....

After reinstallation of DNS server , everything worked fine .
We got perhaps a problem when running DNS_SETUP... procedures ?
it's now 1 a.m. in france and our demo will
start in a couple of hours . Good night ....
