Hi,

	When I try to install the MCCUTBMS011 kit, I got the message 

	%VMSINSTAL-E-NOPROC, The kit's installation procedure is missing.

	In the MCCBMSUT011.A saveset the file KITINSTAL_BMS.COM should
	have been named KITINSTAL.COM .

	For european sites, I've put a correct copy of MCCBMSUT011.A saveset
	on TENERE::EMA$PUBLIC:[kit_v10].


	By the way, could someone explain me the difference between the 
	"Basic Management System (BMS)" kit and the "Director (DIR)" kit ?
	Which one are we supposed to install for which purpose ?

"Basic Management System (BMS)" kit is a superset of the DIRECTOR kit. DIR has DECnet IV and V, BMS has at least two additional Access Modules: Bridge AM and Ethernet AM.

	I have problem printing the file DECMCC-INTRO-EFT2.PS. In addition to what .1 says, the BMS kit also contains the Alarms FM. The Director kit doesn't. - Jerry

We've fixed the problem and put a new kit up on KEEL:: in the same place as before. If you copied any of the MCCBMSUT011 files before 11:00am Maynard Time (aka EDT) on 5th July 1990, then you should get a new copy. Colin

	The DIRECTOR license is free for existing DECnet customer , it's targeted to our installed DECnet base (that's why you just have DECnet IV and V AM in it ).The Media and Doc has to be purchased. DECmcc BMS has more MM and will cost MLP 10 k$ . You'll get all those information in the July Sales Updates. Regards. MaRc
