"Basic Management System (BMS)" kit is a superset of the DIRECTOR
kit. DIR has DECnet IV and V, BMS has at least two additional
Access Modules: Bridge AM and Ethernet AM.

In addition to what .1 says, the BMS kit also contains the Alarms FM.
  The Director kit doesn't.
                                                                 - Jerry

    Sorry about that!
We've fixed the problem and put a new kit up on KEEL:: in the same
    place as before.

If you copied any of the MCCBMSUT011 files before 11:00am Maynard Time
(aka EDT) on 5th July 1990, then you should get a new copy.

The DIRECTOR license is free for existing DECnet customer ,
it's targeted to our installed DECnet base (that's why you
just have DECnet IV and V AM in it ).The Media and Doc
    	has to be purchased.
DECmcc BMS has more MM and will cost MLP 10 k$ .
You'll get all those information in the July Sales Updates.
    Regards.
