PROBLEM:
The following error stack can be generated by executing a query in a
read/write transaction when Run Unit Journaling is enabled and either the
logical SQL$DISABLE_CONTEXT or NSDS$DISABLE_CONTEXT is defined.
SQL> select * from foo ;
%RDB-F-SYS_REQUEST, error from system services request
-NSDS-E-REWINDFAIL, Could not rewind data relation
-RMS-E-DDTM_ERR, error returned by Digital Distributed Transaction Manager
-NONAME-W-NOMSG, Message number 00000000
SOLUTION:
To prevent this remove one of the following conditions:
o Make the transaction READ ONLY.
OR
o Deassign SQL$DISABLE_CONTEXT and NSDS$DISABLE_CONTEXT.
OR
o Disable Run Unit Journaling.
