PROBLEM:
SQLcode -1006 when attaching to dbig/oracle using precompiled sql routines.
SOLUTION:
1. Obtain .obj files and relink using sql$user61 library, or
2. Recompile and relink under 6.1 cc's with attach string pointing
to dbig/oracle.
