Customer requested if he joined ASAP, would he get:
a) media for VAX and Alpha VMS
b) would his license Paks for Alpha work on both VAX and Alpha
VMS systems.

Called customer back on Friday and left Message. He called me back
Monday and left message. I contacted him today.
I told him that the PAKS were designed to work with Alpha VMS. They
were not tested or Q/A'd to work on VAX VMS and may or may not work.
He requested that I give him a definative answer.
Called back and stated after talking to Mark that we don't guarantee
that they will work on VAX. He wanted to elevate this as an issue and
try to get a guarantee on support. I told him to place a call to the
ASAP business manager and raise it as an issue with them, if he wanted
the current polocies changed to have VAX PAK support.
