Brief Description of Problem:
-----------------------------
In 7.0 the LockID table used to be a longword. Now it appears to be a quadword.
The change is not documented in the Release Notes. What happened?

Neither comet, the system services manual, nor the release notes
provided information on lck$gl_idtbl. I called for a little more
information: the code is written in macro, about 8 years old, and
counts the number of locks.
Chuck found the feature documented in the OpenVMS AXP Internals and
Data Structures Book (page 308) and we'll fax the pages to Dick.
Since it is "internal" and OPenVMS ENgineering is free to change it w/o
notifying the customers, Dick will walk the talbe to find out what else
has changed.
