    Brief Description of Problem:

Vira called to say that someone told him his VMS system would stop
working in May ...  It sounded like his paks were expiring until
he indicated he -bought- the system.  I reassured him that his paks
would not expire, and asked him to get more information on why he was
told his system would no longer work after May.

	Vira called back. He was told by an enterpising "Consultant" that VMS had a "bug" and that he should purchase services to resolved. I told him there was a time patch, and gave him the www.openvms.digital.com url to downline it (and to not purchase any services from the consultant!)

	Varavan called toady and told that the delta time patch is having problem, I mean he is not able to install. May be the kit got corrupted?ds
