    Brief Description of Problem:

    Rename a store procedure within SQL SVR 6.5 (w sp2) on NT4.0 sp2
    cause the service shutdown.  Reboot, and restart services won't work.
    Got error 2140 Internal WNT error

  Same problems with Intel/NT.  He reports it to Microsoft.  closed.
