    Brief Description of Problem:
    -----------------------------
Wants to dual-boot the current 3.2c system along with 4.0. I explained that
it's just following the instructions for a new install (just with a different
disk). I will followup to ensure that the firmware rev. supports both.
He has relationship issues that I'll defer to Pete Eggimann. Andrew wants
new PAKs to replace the 1-MAY ones that will expire soon. He believes that
they own the machine, however. Also, they are using a 2nd machine that's
been loaned to them which will have to be returned soon. Andrew wants another
machine to replace it.

| according to the firmware docs
    (VMS filespec FLMG12$DKA400:[DOC]DEC3000_V68_FW_RELNOTE.TXT)
firmware revs 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, and 6.8 are qualified for both V3.2c and
    V4.0 DIGITAL UNIX.
