Carol,
This customer is requesting a PAK but it does not appear (according to
seed_lookup) that this is a seed unit. Should they be receiving this
from our program? How do you want to handle it?
Thanks,
Donna (doing asap technical support today)

Hello,
On our Alpha development machine, most of the licenses expired on
1-DEC-1996, which is consistent with the July 96 PAK I have for
Digital UNIX. Would you please send me the most recent PAK so
I can reenable the compilers? Thanks.

    Subj: FYI - Visigenic

    For Donna--

Visigenic Software does have a seed unit. It may be you couldn't find
them in the seed lookup because it's case sensitive and I guess they
spell the company name in all caps. At any rate, I've talked to Joan
Darnell and Jim McAndrew and Jim will be handling the problem with
the Unix license paks. While I was talking to Jim he verified that
the contact at VISIGENIC was the same person that sent the e-mail and
that indeed they had been sent the pak notice and the keys in January!

    Cheers!

    Carole
