    Brief Description of Problem:

Kim (sp?) called with two issues.

1)  He wanted to build an image for a customer.  He doesn't have an Alpha and 
wanted to know how he could get access to one, and that his kit is very small.

I told him about the porting center and offered to build this with the caveats 
that I'd do it just once, and only because it's very small.  He's emailing the 
kit now.

2)  Their software uses "cu -e -s" to go out over a modem.  His customer finds
that even though he specified -e, the modem is set to no parity.  He was unable 
to give me much in the way of configuration information at the customer site.

I told him that this wasn't a porting issue, and he said that he's trying to get 
in touch with his customer's support contact.
