Mark talked to Gail in the ASAP program office. He needs OpenVMS documentation
on the C++ Class Library and Reference Library (QA-MJ1AAGZ) and doesn't find it
on the SDK. Where can he get it from?

he's in a meeting, so I haven't spoken to him yet. I suspect he wants
hardcopy manuals (that's what a -GZ part number indicates). The ASAP
SDK includes a CD-ROM set called the Online Documentation Library. The
C++ manuals are there, including the Class Library Reference manual.
