Julie called to get help on a seed unit which should have
shipped (according to the packing slip) with 128mb, but nt only
reported 32mb.
I had her open the box to see how many boards actually were
installed. There were 4. I told her it sounded like they
were 32mb boards, and that 3 were bad. I told her to call
800 354-9000 and have field service replace them.

Turns out that the system shipped with 4 8mb boards, instead of 4 32mb boards. I called Karen Friedrich from Alpha operations and she committed to send out 1 128mb board to Edge today. I'll verify tomorrow with Edge/Julie that they received the boards. | |||||
