I'd suggest picking what appears to be the best spot for the question, posting a note, and waiting a half or full day for an answer. If it's more important than that, you probably should be using one of the formal escalation or support channels, and not notes. : BTW, I tried VTX IR but could not locate any : menu which gives contacts for hardware platforms. : Can you tell me under what head are these listed ????/ Enter VTX IR, select Products and Services (keyword PS; PS is often the most apporpriate general category for hardware and software support questions, as it covers the most likely search categories), then perform both a title and a keyword search for a string such as `AlphaServer' or `AlphaServer 300', and scroll down the list looking for articles...
