  So, if you've got a disk (any disk) connected to an OpenVMS system in
  a supported manner, PFO can defrag it.

    Provided of course that the disk has a valid Files-11 file system on
    it. Beyond that PFO doesn't care much about the actual type of disk. I
    suppose one should note that not all functions are available on
    read-only disks. (-:
