    	Regarding the delta-time restriction issue corrected by the
    xxxLIBR05_070 ECO, do we at all have a fix for VAX V5.4-2 or are these
    customers "on their own"?
    
    	The Bank of New York is asking. They have allot of V5.4-2 systems
    running Allin1 and communicating with UNIX systems. They do not
    necessarily want to upgrade just for this issue.
