    In the OpenVMS Version 7.1 New Features Manual on page 3-13 Heading
    3.5.1 it states the the PWRK$ACME_MODULE.EXE can be obtained from
    http://www.service.digital.com/openvms/.  I can not find this module
    anywhere.  Could someone please provide me a pointer to this file.
