	The "unavailable" slots of the TA/TF DLT drives are displayed
	with the tape icon in the GUI.  A refresh clears the icon,
	which should be the correct starting behaviour.

    This has been fixed.  I just removed the check for an element having
    an exception and let it default to looking "empty".
