    I am looking for any policy around OEM code.  PATHWORKS Server 
    for LAN Manager, NetWare and Advanced Server are all based on 
    codes that is OEM to us from AT&T.  We do have all the sources, and
    we did make modification to them. 
    
    Do we have a policy or guideline on sources that is OEMed?  For 
    example, if I got a statement from our vendor that they are 
    year of 2000 safe, can we take any liberty on skipping those modules
    or only investigate the changes we made to it?
