	In reference to note #3311 (which was never REPLY'd to).  Is 
there a "known problem" with "NET$MGMT" under AlphaVMS with 
the "Change to Remote Node" Option?  I am running V6.3-ECO6 under 
V6.2 of OpenVMS Alpha and cannot get this to work.  I am able to 
manage my workstation from a VAX running the same version of DECnet OSI
and OS but just can't make an "outbound" session to work.  

	Any ideas - comments - suggestions?

	Have you installed OSAK on the OSI 6.3 system. I have had problems managing remote systems and finally it appeared to be caused by the OSAK version V3.0-L. After installation of osak V3.0-O I didn't have problems. Henk
