    I'm looking for a contact name on the DECnet-Plus engineering team.
    Specifically I need some information on future updates to the NCL data
    dictionary on VMS.
    
    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You might try Mark Olson at BULEAN::OLSON.  He's the DECnet Plus Engineering
Manager last I heard.  If you are looking specifically for info on the NCL
Global Section and getting new entities registered, the DSSR manager is Bob
Lynch at FOUNDR::LYNCH.  You might also end up talking to Stan Lund at
FOUNDR::LUND.
