    Hi PW32 folks...
    
    A question for the NFTW gurus among us.  Customer has been using WFW
    and PW5.1 NFT-DOS.  He has an automated procedure that begins with
    MS Access which then spawns NFT-DOS, passes some parameters (user
    name, etc.) through a DECnet SNA gateway to an IBM mainframe.  The
    procedure runs a directory, looks at the date on the files, then
    copies selected files (based on file date/time) back to the PC.  All
    this is automated to run without user intervention.
    
    Now he has Win95 and PW32.  There is no NFT-DOS, only NFTW.  Is there
    some way that he can pass the parameters to NFTW so that it will
    perform the same function as old NFT has been doing?  For now, we
    suggested that he try running the NFT-DOS from within Win95 but, since 
    he is mixing software versions, he would be in an unsupported by the
    CSC config.
    
    Suggestions, please...

We are generating an unsupported kit with a command line NFT in it... this
command line NFT is from v6.0 (significant fixes over 5.1).

    Thanx for the quick reply.  If customer has v6 DOS client version of
    NFT would this be the same as will be in the unsupported kit?  Or will
    the NFT in the kit be newer than base level v6 client?

    The NFT will be newer than the v6.0 client.  A v6.0a release will ship
    with the newer nft* files. However, the newer nft.exe for DOS will also
    be put on the PW32 kit as part of the unsupported kit.
    

    Thanx for the info.  I will pass this along to the customer and will
    keep a look-out for the PW32 unsupported kit.
