Questions about V3.0 of AV Firewall for Digital Unix:

    1) Gated is configured by default - can static routing without
       gated be used instead ?

    2) What logging is provided by the SQL*net application proxy ?

    3) What happened to Appendix B: Files Installed with the Firewall ?

    4) Within Digital, we use all numeric badge numbers as the
the Digital Pathways SNK identifier (first field in the
snk-keyfile. AVFU seems to require 1st char in identifier
to be alphabetic - is a there a workaround ?

    Thanks,

    ...larry

| 1) Presumably you do exactly the same as previous versions: don't start gated, and edit /etc/routes. 4) Use the letter "D" for DIGITAL (or "B" for badge, any other letter of your choice) and put your badge number after it. PJDM | |||||
