Your questions refer to MX as an entry in the DNS or to the domain
*.mx???
For the first the MX entry there is the entry in both DNS internel and
extenal....
The mx as a domain is the geographical domain for Mexico and "*.gob.mx"
refers to the goverment domains...... as "*.com.mx" is for comercial
sites...
