MCI is having problem with Forum 2.0A. He is running NT4.0 with service
pack 2, Internet Information Server 2.0 and Internet Explorer 3.01.
He has taken the defualt for the Forum installation. When he tries to
view the template/create a forum, the browser display the following
error mssg " http://1.0 403 access forbidden". I did search Microsoft
Technet and found an article which recommend on the IIS script
directory, the access must be set for read and execute. He tried and
still receiving the same error mssg.

Support Forum for the Forum product to maximise your chances of
getting a response. If you are not an AltaVista Partner, contact
