Questions:
Can I do dynamic asynchronous Decnet with one end using a txa port on a VAX 62xxx and the other end connected to a DecRouter model 200. I have the setup for the txa side but I'm not sure how to do the router side.

Assuming the DECrouter supports asynch DECnet, you'll need to check
the DECrouter documentation for details on the configuration steps.
