| Is the linker which fixes the .0 problem still available somewhere?
One of my partners has reported the same LNK4078 error after I got him
to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0A.
Can the 4.2b linker be used with 4.0A to resolve this?

Is there anyone in Engineering that can help with this? I've got a partner who
cannot successfully build an application and I don't know how else to help him.
