    I was wondering if the VMS delta time problem will adversely affect
    LinkWorks or the ORACLE software it sits on top of.  I didn't see
    anything in the NOTES conference, so thought I'd ask.

    Please see http://www.openvms.digital.com for a description of the
    problem.  I have heard from reliable sources that ORACLE will be
    adversely affected and that it will have to be relinked after the
    VMS patch has been installed.

Hi,

If Oracle has to be relinked, LinkWorks has to be relinked after that too.
The tool to relink linkworks is op$root:[etc]relink.com
