We have verified LinkWorks 3.0.8 on Digital UNIX 4 and Oracle 7.3.

To install Oracle 7.3 please read the .PDF files

To run LNX 3.0.8 on Digital UNIX 4 (and Oaracle 7.3) you  must change:

- /usr/op/servers/startall.sh
  Insert after line 149 and before (
                                    else
                                        rm -f CONFONLY)

  if [ "${SYSTEM}" = "OSF1" ]; then
        sleep 5
        ${CHMOD} 777 *.sck
  fi

- /usr/op/cell/db/.profile
  delete the two lines with "stty ....."

- /usr/op/am/db/.profile
  delete the two lines with "stty ....."

- /usr/op/cm/db/.profile
  delete the two lines with "stty ....."


Note: a complete kit OSFORA will be made available soon including 
      all known patches.
