| We have had another installation with HP_UX 10.20 which failed to install.
After setting the LANG=C the instmgmt and instcell worked and lnx ran!
For HP_UX rel 10.10 and 10.20 set LANG=C before installation of lnx and
update the .profile files to set LANG=C as stated in .11
