Hello, is there any solution for this problem: A customer has some irritating problems with 3 examples of HINOTE VP 535 mobiles. They have win 3.11, 6 x cdrom standard in Hinote vp 535 and a port replicator with NIC. The bios version is 1.05 (current). As the cdrom driver loads during the cold boot, display is filled with ASCII characters such as smiling faces). After the boot the cdrom is not found and keyboard is not working properly: for example, if you press "p" you get "-" etc. This happens only during the power on boot when both replicator and cdrom are plugged. If the system is booted by pressing ctrl + alt + del the system reboots without any problems and everything works fine. When the cdrom is replaced with a floppy drive, the system boots normally. And works. Regards and thanks, Harri [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]

Hi, Hinote vp 565 seems to have problems with pcxbv-ka 17" monitor, when external display mode is switched on, hinote's display turns black for a couple of seconds. Nothing happens on the ext.monotor's screen. Then the hinote's display is reactivated. The bios was upgraded to 1.02. It didn't solve the problem though. Has any of you had similar problems ?
