THe Windows 95 software has a little option called 'Auto Insertion
Notification'. It is this item that is keeping your system from
suspending not the VP5xx.
In windows 95 use Control Panle, System, Device Manager, CD-ROM,
Torisan... Settings and set this feature to OFF.
