Got a nice letter from GTI-- seems they are aware that many folk
ordered from them early to get DOOM ][ and subsequently discovered
that the fair market value (price they paid) was higher than what
they could have paid, had they simply gone to the local s/w store.
They are offering one of three gifts (just pick the one you want,
and they will ship it to you):

I think this got mentioned somewhere else here.... however...
I did not reply immediately and got a second offer from GTI last week!
I don't have it with me but something like:
