I must be very dumb, I can't even get out of the first room you arrive
in!

Emma - this level is a fair while back for me now !!! Can you describe
the first room and I'll try to help.. seeing as no one else is around..

Thanks Gary.
It's when you arrive in a square room. The EXIT door is there, you
need a blue key for. There is a lion's head 'switch' on the wall,
which is the door according to the map. However, pressing spacebar
doesn't do anything.
There must be something easy I'm overlooking here.

can't place it. Anyhows....
Pressing the head 'must' open something. Do you have a soundcard ?
Does the face turn Orange etc.. Do you grunt <pardon me> when you
hit the spacebar ?.
I bet you get out whenb you try it again, something funny here
one thinks.

Unfortunately I don't have a sound card. Nothing happens to the face,
it doesn't change colour etc. I can't see anything happening on the
map either.
Foiled again! :-(

I can't place the room, but did you try shooting at the face to see if
it opens a door ? I don't remember having had to do this for any levels,
but some doors do work that way.

Emma,
What no sound ???.. If you can invest in a soundcard - its a
whole new ball game. I played without sound for a while... never
again.. PC user mag has loadsa deals.

You do indeed shoot the door. I tried shooting it with everything but
the one that opens it didn't I!!! It's the chainsaw....
