    In V2.4 and V3.0, renaming a user does not update the MEETING.DAT
    and ATTENDEE.DAT files to reflect the new username.  The result of this
    is that a user can not edit or cancel events that they scheduled before
    the account was renamed.
    
    Is this fixed in V3.1?
