I've just got the following error message when trying to install ALL-IN-1 V3.1. Can 
someone spot a problem or tell me what I've done wrong?

    We've now debugged this, and it's only a problerm if you don't have a
    NETPROXY.DAT file.

    I don't know, we haven't reproduced it here, since it's quite
    difficult.
    
    You need a *brand* new VMS V6.1 installation, on a system that never
    had a Net Proxy file before. Then when you create one with AUTHORIZE
    CREATE/PROXY, it only creates NET$PROXY (The Phase V version) rather
    than the old NETPROXY file. Both versions are updated in sync by
    AUTHORIZE, but if the old version doesn't exist there doesn't appear to
    be any way of creating one. This breaks ALL-IN-1 later as well.
