    Hello,
    
    
    One of my customer has the following problem:
    
    Product : ALL-IN-1 3.0A US
    
    Some of his users create udp (f17 ). If they call it from INDEX INBOX (as 
    example) by pressing f17 they get the following error message:
      
    Error opening SCRIPT file "DUA1:[ALLIN1.MGR.UDP]F17.UDP;1"
    
    PF1 W gives:
                                      
     %OA-E-SCPOPEN, Error opening SCRIPT file "DUA1:[ALLIN1.MGR.UDP]F17.UDP;1"    
     -OA-W-NOPRV_XOWN, Not privileged to execute "OWN" elements                   
    
    It works fine if, from the same form, they press DO and call f17.
    
    The udp contains only EM RN {RETURN}
    
    The user profile has the following flags 
    
    UDPDCL = N
    UDPFNC = N         
    XOWN   = N
    
    This problem is fully reproductible from any index form.
    I can reproduce it on my own system.
    It seems to be solved in 3.1.
    
    Is it a known problem?
    Is it really solved in 3.1?
