Hello and greetings, It appears that I am going to be doing some 15 minute demos of ALL-IN-1 to a number of minors. Not having done this type of thing before, can someone offer suggestions on what I should demo other than create/send mail & a little TM? TLC required (& I don't mean TeamLinks)! Chele

Hi Chele.
By 'minors' I assume you mean youngsters? so we'd better not show them
anything that has an over-18 certificate, like Transfer User or
Archiving. :-)
Many moons ago we had a small video, 15 mins or so, which emphasised
the usability of ALL-IN-1, and how similar concepts/behaviours could be
applied wherever you went in the system (you know - Create, Edit,
Delete, etc. on the object in question).
In those days (V2.3) though, there was much less to show new users.
Nowadays you could show:
. sharing documents between themselves
. groups working on a project together
. lots of nice mail features
. surrogate mail users working for each other
. simple customizations to make the system personal
. reading notes on bulletin boards many thousands of miles away...
...and so on
and to show them ALL-IN-1 with its windows interface, get them onto
Teamlinks.
