    Jean,

Has the customer got TLC V2.0 installed ?

It looks as though the error is coming about when the AIDA servers are
being shutdown. To do this a connection is made to the server, but by
the looks of it the connections is possibly failing because of the
    password expired problem.

    Kevin.

Which password is having the problem? I thought it logged in as
    ALL-IN-1?

    Any help would be appreciated.

| | I've got approximately the same messages today.
When I use the ISC (Index of server connections) in the MAS (Manage AIDA
Servers) menu, I get the following messages:
%OARTL-W-PASSWORD_EXPIRE, VMS Password has expired
%OA-E-DBNODBFORM, Form *CLIENT doesn't exist in library *)
%OA-I-LASTLINE, No connections found for this server
%CXP-W-NO_HOST_CONNECT, You must have a connection to a data system
before you use this command *)
*) These messages are originally in Norwegian, but I've tranlated them
to (a kind of ;-) English.
Remark. The ALL-IN-1 password was infact expired this morning (I wasn't
warned as I start ALL-IN-1 from Excursion). But I did set another
password and reentered ALL-IN-1 afterwards, and I still get the messages
above.
So, is there expired VMS Password on a completely different account or
what?

Did you change it on the PC? That is usually the problem in cases like
    these.

| | Hi All,

A customer has reported the same problem under the following
circumstances as the base note in terms of the password problem:

If they do a MST (Manage server tracing) from MAS - get VMS password
has expired - using HAN's own account (not ALLIN1 but it has full privs he
    says).

If he does the same from the ALLIN1 account he has no problems.

Is this how it's suppose to work ? Should HAN be able to startup the
server from his account interactively ?

    Regards,

    Sunil

????
The password was changed from VMS (set passw) and in Excursion Control Panel
settings.
The password change must have been successful as I managed to log on using
the new password. I also checked for intruder-entries without finding any.
Anyhow, the ISC choice works again after the weekend. There might have been
some kind of intruder-timeout after all? I don't know.
Best regards,
Gunnar
