| | Hi,

Something's very odd here because, if I remember correctly, the
    ALL-IN-1 logical OA$TEMP wasn't invented until ALL-IN-1 v3.0. In V3.0
this logical points to a sub-directory of the user's ALL-IN-1
    sub-directory, called also OA$TEMP.

If the customer enters ALL-IN-1/NOCUST does the same error occur?

    Cheers

    Stuart

| | In any case, I would think there's "just" something wrong with the
disc. Whatever disc drive they are using would seem to be broken in
    some way.

| | Hi,

Stuart, you 're right. His ALL-IN-1 is v3.0. How come I use show
logical OA$TEMP but it's no translation? I told him to try
    ALL-IN-1/nocust.

Graham, I told cust. to check disk. It's normal, don't have error
count. How can I know it normal?

    Thanks everybody.

| | You'll only get a translation for OA$TEMP in the ALL-IN-1 subprocess.

    Dave.
