Hi,
I have a doubt about archive...
When I use the option AUA (Automatic archiving) ??
I think it is usefull to archive documents in a few of days (I specified the
number of days in field "Archive After x days"). But I put in this field 1 day
and the documents (mails) didn't have moved (still exist in my folder). Some
documents were created about 3 months ago...
I think I'm doing something wrong...
How can I see if this routine will be executed ??

Hi,
The AUA option on its own does nothing. It needs the System Manager to
schedule the ADS housekeeping utility. If the Manager did run this then
there will be a log. Can you find out if the Manager did run ADS, and
if so what what was logged for your account.
